As remote workers and anyone who spends a great deal of time online, we have to keep up with what's needed in today's era of keeping us safe. Outside of changing passwords, VPN and online security measures, there are other factors are just as important. Have you heard of Electromagnetic field devices or People using Crystals in their home to help absorb and block electromagnetic radiation, as well as help reduce EMF-related stress and fatigue?
I'm so glad I learned about this a long time ago because I couldn't understand why I felt fatigued or sleepy as soon as I was researching, writing or just watching YouTube videos. Something came up about reducing the presence of electromagnetic fields (EMFs) in your home. EMF protection devices have been designed to reduce or deflect EMFs, creating a protective barrier between you and the radiation emitted by electronic devices.
You can also reduce your exposure to EMFs by keeping your distance from electronic devices, like putting your using wired internet connections instead of Wi-Fi, and unplugging devices when not in use. It's important to note, however, that no EMF protection device can guarantee complete protection from all EMFs but I do notice the difference.
Are crystals good for EMF protection
I know many People who use Crystals too. I've always had a collection as well. Crystals can be a great tool for EMF protection. They can help absorb and block electromagnetic radiation, as well as help reduce EMF-related stress and fatigue. Some crystals, such as Shungite, are thought to be especially effective at EMF protection.
However, it is important to note that crystals alone will not provide complete protection from EMFs. Other measures, such as using EMF shielding devices and limiting your exposure, are also important.
Blue light blocking glasses are a must
Now, I don't know if it's the 5G or spending more time online working. I went through a rough period of having bad migraines until I started wearing Blue light blocking glasses anytime I was on my laptop or phone. I still had the settings on both that gives the eyes comfort but to edit videos made it difficult to tell the image quality, so I purchased a set in each color and my eyes don't get tired anymore as well as no more headaches.
