As humans, we are exposed to many different forms of vibration in our daily lives. From external to internal. Vibration is energy. In fact, researchers have found that vibration and electromagnetic energy associated with them cause changes in our cells, which can affect how our body functions according to Healthline.
It is described as a persons emotional state, the atmosphere of a place or the association of an object, as communicated to and felt by others. A periodic back and forth motion, commonly resulting when almost any physical system is displaced from its equilibrium condition.
Why We need it?
So it's safe to say we probably need to do everything we can to raise our vibration to live a more balanced life. We are constantly emanating/vibrating at different levels.
For example, if someone smiles at you, more than likely it will put you in a happier state of consciousness instantly and then go on to have a better day. It's like that person may have raised or matched your vibration. It affects our day, our mood, our lives and whatever we are putting out we can attract the same.
Scientifically proven
That's why researchers have found that meditation reduces negative emotions, manages stress, increases patience and tolerance. It's a vibration thing. Our daily habits, what you eat, drink and consume energetically can either raise or lower your vibration. What can we do to create a more high vibrational lifestyle?
Walking on the beach, spending time in nature, sunshine, breathing deeply, meditating, listening to high frequency music, motivational messages, taking a nap, yoga, playing with animals, sitting under a tree with your shoes off, decluttering your home and workspace (to minimize anxiousness), reading a book and taking a break from the computer as well as social media as well as laughing are simple ways to raise our vibration.
Eating high mineral, life force giving foods like wheatgrass, chlorophyll, spirulina, fermented foods, raw organic food, non processed foods, fruit, nuts, seeds, herbs, spices, raw chocolate, water rich foods, coconut oil, grapeseed oil, olive oil, flax, sesame oils and herbal teas.
wearing bright colors, contact with water, singing, keeping a gratitude journal, repeating affirmations, shop for something that makes you feel good, burning essential oils like lavender, forgiveness, kindness, love, joy, kissing, smiling, living in the present more than the past, having a strong sense of empathy, being self-aware, being connected to something greater than yourself.
