Here's why I stopped eating low vibration foods 20 years ago and now live a high vibrational lifestyle

 



   Lately there's been a lot of talk about low vibration foods and high vibrational eating.  It became a viral topic on many social media post because of a coach's approach when responding to her client. It's a great subject I love talking about, and have been mentioned in my vlogs for years about what they are and the effects of eating them.  

Of course you've already heard the quote, " You are what you eat"  but have you really thought about how certain foods affect your vibration, your energy, your life force? Your ability to tap into the left and right side of your brain to have maximum brain functionality and clarity?
      

High Vibrational eating gives you vitality, strength, expanded awareness, confidence, passion and the frequency attracts more good into your life. 

These foods will have positive affects like:
  • allow your body to heal faster from illnesses
  • recover from sports faster
  • They produce an overall sense of well-being, waking up feeling more love and gratitude.
  • You'll have a glow from the inside out. 
  • Your body will be sweeter, 
  • you will poop more regularly  
  • your intuition will be heightened 
Low Vibration Foods are dead flesh animals and animal discharge are lard, dairy, butter. If you have to buy some processed foods for convenience, look for those that have no more than 5 ingredients in the package. These foods make you :
  • feel sluggish
  • brain fog
  • inflammation build up in your body
  • allergies and gassy 
  • susceptible to colds 
  • mucus lingers in the body
  • metabolism can be affected
  • hard to lose weight
  • focus and energy will be compromised
I became aware of them back in my late 20's when I was 100lbs overweight, very sluggish, bad skin, many allergies, brain fog, fibrocystic breast, endometriosis, bad periods where I couldn't get out of bed for two days. I lacked creativity and often suffered major bouts of depression. It was a combination of my conditions but mainly the food I was eating. It was a mess. I had mostly a meat based diet as well as too many processed foods that caused a lot of inflammation in my body. 

The Japanese Doctor who performed my stage 4 cervical cancer surgery told me that the meat was destroying my body. Once I heard that, I stopped eating red meat and pork which dramatically changed my body. Then came the sodas, the concentrated juices, etc., My stomach never properly broke down meat so it would take days before completely digesting it. 
That switch helped my energy levels where I could work out more consistently, clean up my house, take care of myself more and go after the life I really wanted to live. All those health problems  completely disappeared. 
                                                           


I got off of allergy shots I had been taking all my life, in fact, prior to changing to a plant-based lifestyle, My Doctor told me, I was getting worse and had given me an inhaler. I threw it in the garbage and moved to a dryer climate.  I was on turkey and chicken for about 10 years, mostly eating Vegetarian, then gave it up because I couldn't get my weight under 200lbs. 

These foods are closest to the Sun and rooted in the Earth. Known as Superfoods, these are a  high mineral source;

  • Wheat Grass 
  • Chlorophyll

  • Raw Foods
  • Leafy Green Vegetables
  • Microgreens
  • Phytoplankton
  •  Fruits
  • Fermented foods
  • Seaweed 
  • Raw nuts & seeds
  • Herbal Teas
  • Herbs & Spices
  • Non-processed food
  • Raw, organic food
  • sustainable foods
  • water rich food
  • anti-inflammatory food 

 Once you're on the high vibrational eating path, the Universe starts aligning People, places and things to help you achieve your goals. That's how it works. The law of attraction. I met this beautiful Sista name Goddess Imani who was a Colon-hydro Therapist, she started me with a monthly series of colon cleanses that helped me to take the right herbal supplements and really guided me to eating more alkaline. 

 This was back in the late 90's when we really had to do a lot of research by going to the libraries or bookstores. Now you get to just go online and read blogs like this by People who you resonate with.  My old friends who had known me since my 20's said I look younger now than 20, 30 years ago and I must admit I absolutely feel that way too. 
But most importantly, my creative juices are always flowing. That's a big deal when you're an Entrepreneur.  

I wake up completely flexible when getting out of bed, like I literally do a morning dance I started Surfing  in my mid 40's, that was nine years ago. Still going, in the Ocean every week, every season. So not only am I an expert at this point from living it, I got proof that it can work for you like it has for me.
