Vegan Smoothie Brunch Bowl after intermittent fasting.

 

 Am I the only on who's starving after intermittent fasting? Well I usually am and eating fruit alone doesn't curb my appetite when I first it around 11am. Still wanting to keep it light on the digestion. I took my Plant based Powder that has 15 grams of Protein and made a smoothie bowl called the  Brunch Bowl. 

Bananas, blueberries, blackberry's and granola with black sesame seeds is my new favorite meal replacement. Even if you're not Vegan, it's gluten free and no added sugar and no dairy which means no needing a nap in the middle of the day. 

Pea Protein is one of their main ingredients along with kale powder, spinach, papaya, sprouted brown rice protein and organic alfalfa grass. This combo creates a balanced supplement that gives me energy throughout the day to complete all my task and get some fitness in when I'm working from home.
 

BERRY BRUNCH BOWL RECIPE:
  •  Plant based Protein 
  • shake or blend protein powder with a 1/2 cup of fruit (1/2 banana for thickness and  a tablespoon of water) 
  • pour into bowl 
  • slice Bananas, add a few blueberries, blackberries, granola and black sesame seeds to the top
  • enjoy (tell me how you like it)
