I've been obsessed with reading metaphysical and self help books for many years. The one that gives me powerful insight every time I've read it is, As a Man Thinketh by James Allen. Written in 1906 but republished through the years for it's timely and intrinsically valuable content about how are thoughts create our habits that will in turn produce their own effects.
As easy as it sounds, many don't understand or use the power of their words to create better circumstances for themselves. Affirmations and training our mind to think good thoughts, good health and future good circumstances is what the law of attraction is about.
Unfortunately thou, we encounter low vibrational People that can make us forget who we truly are. , then having to reprogram our minds again until we learn to align ourselves with People who have the same goals.
Not saying that challenges aren't apart of regular life but how we interpret them has the greater effect on our lives. How we get back to the tools that helped us stay in those high vibratory states, we have to remind ourselves. We can shift our paradigm and climbed out of those conditions that seemed like they were another persons life. Our self talk can help us, heal us or harm us if we are not mindful of our daily messages.
James Allen says "Out a defiled mind will create a defiled life. Clean thoughts make clean, healthy habits". Luckily for us, we don't turn instantly into negative People, it's the accumulation of not finding our happy place, being around People who are regularly miserable and consuming online negative content that's going to hurt our mental well being or help transcend our thoughts to higher frequencies, attracting the abundance that we embody.
