My skin looks so good eating like this

Never in a million years would I ever believe that I would be getting compliments on a regular basis on how good my skin looks considering I had bad acne with the worst puss-forming pimples. I often covered it up with lots of make-up by day and spent my nights trying to burst them which left all kinds of gross scars on my face which resulted in me using bleaching creams to lighten them up.

I tried every topical acne medicine on the market. My skin would get better for maybe a month then go back to breaking out again. It made me very self conscious to the point where I hated taking pictures because of it.

Along with that, I had the worst allergies growing up and had to get a shot in each arm as well as use eye drops and nose spray for relief 6 months out of the year which made me lethargic and made my weight fluctuate tremendously.

My last time at an allergy appointment with the Doctor, I was diagnosed with having Asthma as well and that my allergies were getting worse. As I was driving home with the inhaler in my hand, I decided that day to seek natural alternatives and completely change all my eating habits that I noticed flared up my allergies.

I began talking to a Colon-hydro therapist who suggested that I clean out my system and get all the acidic foods out of my kitchen. It wasn't enough just to go plant based but to be alkaline with more Ayurveda healing herbs.

I took her advice in addition to learning how to eat less meat, dairy, sodas and most processed foods. I started eating twice as many vegetables and that's when I noticed not only my skin start to change but my allergy symptoms disappearing. That alone gave me the motivation to go all the way and transitioned my entire diet with nutrient rich foods.

It wasn't until my allergies got out of hand that I changed my diet

When I started regularly eating more greens,  I saw my skin transform like I had been glowing forever.  Eating a country mix of greens like collards and mustard greens with spinach every other week.

Collard Greens have vitamin A, vitamin C, calcium, a rich source of vitamin k, iron, vitamin B-6 and magnesium.  Mustard Greens are an excellent source of the B vitamin folate, potassium, niacin. phosphorus, copper, zinc as well as all the vitamins that collards have too.

Then I started taking liquid Chlorophyll because I grew up with anemia, it really helped improve how my body utilized the vitamins I was taking. I wasn't cold anymore, gave me more energy and it makes me feel great.

The benefits of chlorophyll  are amazing and include:

  • Skin care and acne treatment
  • Controlling Body Odor
  • Cancer prevention
  • Boosting energy
  • weight loss
  • healing wounds
I have been taking it for years but give myself a three month break every year. It's not meant to take like a vitamin so when use it for 6 Months and then off for 3-6 Months, you should notice some great changes and hopefully adopting more healthier life giving alkaline foods while your on a break... Let me know how it works out for you.
