Have you had your Vitamin Sea?

Driving down PCH (Pacific Coast Highway in California) is such a visually breath-taking drive with it's scenic reddish brown mountains that meets the royal bluish-green Sea.  I captured this photo with my dash cam and was in awe of the landscapes beauty. Since moving here, I absolutely love how refreshing it is to be near the Ocean. I'd seen this view on movies but being here is like a surreal experience.

Although a  simple cruise down the coast, it felt spectacular with the warm sun rays glistening on my skin and the meditative sound of the waves crashing is natures melody.  It made me feel refreshed and renewed.

One day I was researching how being near the Ocean has so many benefits that promotes respiratory health, it improve allergies, stimulates the immune system as well as helps you to sleep better.

I rarely see unhappy People at the Beach. Maybe if they almost drown or don't catch a Wave on their Surfboard or they get some crazy sunburned skin but other than that, The Beach is a happy place for the majority of the 120 Million that visit here in Southern California alone.
